YAY Waggle Dance

Once I finish with my Haicu A:gi assignment, my gallery should go back to... whatever it was before I spammed it with bees.

Anyway, this is my attempt to depict how the waggle dance works. Honey bee species use this dance to communicate good food locations to one another- and it basically works as shown.

I give all credit to the ecologists that studied this awesome "language." Look up the waggle dance on Google or Wikipedia and you will find lots of images just like this, and with more precise information.

My reference image came from Thomas A. Seeley's book Honeybee Ecology (1985).

Edit: Looking at this, I think my angles may not be positioned correctly... lo siento! I guess this image will just have to communicate the general idea of the dance.
